Job Summary
Design, engineer, deploy, and support cloud-based services for the Allspring technical community, focusing on data unification and control using Fabric to enable reporting and AI queries. Enable other teams to leverage these services while retaining ownership and support responsibilities for core deliverables. Manage incident and service request queues to ensure timely resolution against defined SLAs, and participate in a 7x24 on-call rotation for escalated incidents. Collaborate with peers to maintain compliance with Change Management and InfoSec policies. This hybrid role requires four days in-office in Charlotte, NC, or Milwaukee, WI, and reports to the Manager of Tech User Services.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years' experience designing and supporting cloud based technical services in AWS, Azure, and M365
- 2+ years leveraging data unification tools such as Fabric, Dataverse, etc
- 2+ years leveraging power tools such as Power BI, Power Automate, etc
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience
- Capacity to prioritize, complete, and resolve issues in a fast-paced setting
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Remain in stationary position for prolonged periods time
- Operate computer programs and software
- Ability to communicate effectively with audiences in person and in electronic formats
- Day-to-day contact with others (co-workers and/or public)
- Ability to work in a collaborative business environment in close quarters with peers and varying interruptions
- Required to work in-office 4 days per week

- Must be legally authorized to work in The United States without sponsorship now or in the future
