Job Summary
Own the plant's total maintenance strategy and execution, including preventive, predictive, condition-based, and corrective maintenance for all plant, warehouse, and utility assets. Lead reliability efforts across manufacturing lines, utilities, and infrastructure while driving failure analysis, defect elimination, and long-term reliability improvement plans. Manage end-to-end facility infrastructure, utilities, and fixed assets to ensure technical availability and mechanical efficiency. Govern standard maintenance systems, CMMS usage, and parts purchasing processes while ensuring full compliance with Environmental Health & Safety, Food Safety, and regulatory requirements. Provide technical leadership on day-to-day operational issues and collaborate with operations peers to deliver performance targets including throughput, changeover performance, and line uptime. Develop maintenance teams through hiring, training, coaching, and effective communication to address daily operational issues and achieve short- and long-term goals.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 15+ years of operations maintenance experience
- Mechanical equipment maintenance experience
- Must have indefinite right to work in the United States
Desired Qualifications
- Lean Six Sigma experience, demonstrated through completion of a major improvement project
- 5+ years of supervisory experience
- Understanding of PLC programming
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Demonstrated success in a results‐oriented, fast‐paced environment
- Strong leadership with the ability to drive change
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to give and receive constructive feedback
- Effective coaching, facilitation, presentation, and team‐building skills
- Ability to lead a team‐based approach to decision‐making
