Job Summary
Tech Service Desk (After Hours) role providing first-contact support for moderately complex incidents and service requests across hardware, software, client and COTS applications, with network and user administration tasks. Escalates complex problems to resolver teams or vendors and supports L1 agents with day-to-day client incidents, requests, and queries. Requires a High School Diploma or GED and may involve technical certification or an Associate Degree, with generally 1-2 years of relevant experience. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, plus knowledge of data and voice network concepts. Video interviews are part of the hiring process; must be within 30 miles of the Salt Lake City, UT office. Equal opportunity employer.
Required Qualifications
