Job Summary
Senior Auditor Associate in the Internal Audit group covering Technologies within CIB Markets, responsible for assessing the adequacy of control environments through technology audits. Participate in end-to-end audit engagements from planning to reporting, produce quality deliverables, and communicate findings to management. Collaborate with global Audit colleagues, perform risk assessments, test controls, draft reports, and verify issue closure. Drive efficiency through automation and stay current with new technologies. Requires strong auditing skills, knowledge of SDLC, and ability to manage multiple audits with minimal supervision. Preferred certifications and knowledge in coding, data analytics, and cloud technologies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Technology or relevant experience
- 5+ years of internal or external auditing experience on technology risks
- Extensive knowledge of internal control concepts and ability to evaluate controls considering business and technology risks
- Strong understanding of SDLC concepts and ability to learn a complex, distributed computing environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to present complex issues to senior management and influence change
- Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently with minimal supervision
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated, able to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
- Degree and background in Technology (preferred) and relevant certifications such as CISA, CISSP, or CIA (preferred)
- Knowledge of coding, data analytics and distributed technologies (preferred)
- Risk management knowledge in public cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure) (preferred)
