Job Summary
Lead the technical side of the sales process from discovery through solution design and a signed-off Statement of Work. Responsibilities include discovery and requirements gathering with customers, guiding workshops to establish feasible configurations, delivering product demonstrations to both technical and business stakeholders, supporting tender, RFI, and RFP responses, scoping and estimating implementation effort and cost, and driving sign-off with stakeholders through Statements of Work. Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to influence roadmap and create standardized sales content, while staying current on industry trends. Requires 2+ years in a related pre-sales/solutions role, healthcare domain knowledge a plus, and fluency in Swedish and English. Based in Stockholm, this is a full-time, permanent role with Platform24; contractor or B2B engagements are not offered.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in Solutions Consulting, Sales Engineering, Solution Architecture, Technical Pre-sales, or a related role within B2B SaaS
- Experience supporting complex enterprise sales cycles
- Fluency in Swedish and English
