Job Summary
Lead the design, development, and implementation of comprehensive risk management policies, standards, and controls; conduct risk assessments to identify threats across processes and systems and develop pragmatic mitigation strategies; advise stakeholders on risk management, control design, and control adherence; monitor key risk indicators and control performance metrics, providing insights to senior management; engage regulators, clients, and internal stakeholders to support compliance with laws, regulations, and internal policies; drive continuous improvement by evolving risk management policies, standards, and controls across technology products and teams.
Required Qualifications
- Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts
- 5+ years applied experience in technology risk management or related field
- Demonstrated expertise in regulatory compliance and risk management frameworks (NIST, ISO, FFIEC, GDPR)
- Proficiency in data security, risk management and controls, governance, and analytical thinking
- Advanced knowledge of data analytics and data literacy
