Job Summary
Lead tech risk and controls programs within the Cybersecurity Technology and Controls, Governance Risk and Controls organization. Develop and execute comprehensive project plans with technical requirements, resources, and timelines to ensure on-time delivery of technology solutions. Identify and mitigate risks, address roadblocks, and implement contingency plans to maintain momentum. Collaborate with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to define scope, objectives, and deliverables aligned with business goals. Apply advanced analytical reasoning to assess performance, identify improvements, and implement data-driven optimizations. Champion agile methodologies and foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation. Manage resources, budgets, and vendor relations; analyze data and present actionable insights to leadership; drive risk management strategies and ensure high standards of service delivery.
Required Qualifications
- Formal training or certification on security concepts and 5+ years of applied experience in technical program management leading complex technology projects in a large organization
- Advanced expertise in stakeholder management and ability to influence decision-making across cross-functional teams and clients
- Experience managing vendor relations and enabling on-demand access to shared pools of applications and services
- Proven track record of managing resources, budgets, and high-performing teams in a fast-paced, agile environment
- Analytical reasoning and problem-solving skills to break down objectives into actionable tasks
- Experience in risk management, technology controls, or cybersecurity environments
- Experience working in a global, matrixed organization and cross-border collaboration
- Comfortable with ambiguity and change; passion for continuous improvement and driving positive change
