Tech Risk and Controls Lead

Job Summary
Lead role in identifying and mitigating technology risk, developing and governing controls, and providing reporting to senior management within Cybersecurity Technology & Controls. Partners with Product Owners, Business Control Managers, Regulators, data officers, and other stakeholders to improve control effectiveness and regulatory compliance. Requires 5+ years in technology risk management and strong knowledge of risk management frameworks, data security, risk assessment, and governance, with the ability to influence executive-level decisions. Preferred certifications include CISM, CRISC, or CISSP.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in technology risk management, information security, or related field with emphasis on risk identification, assessment, and mitigation
- Familiarity with risk management frameworks, industry standards, and financial industry regulatory requirements
- Proficient knowledge and expertise in data security, risk assessment & reporting, control evaluation, design, and governance
- Demonstrated ability to influence executive-level strategic decision-making and translate technology insights into business strategies for senior executives
- CISM, CRISC, CISSP, or similar industry-recognized risk certifications are preferred
