Job Summary

Tech Quality, Complaints Technician analyzes customer complaints through evidence review, process evaluation, and root cause determination. Responsibilities include reviewing and analyzing complaints with a clear understanding of the issue, verifying documented evidence (production records, inspections, traceability), evaluating the related production process for deviations or failures, determining root cause, documenting findings per quality standards, supporting CAPA implementation, ensuring timelines for investigation and closure, and collaborating with Quality, Production, and Engineering to resolve cases.

Required Qualifications

  • Student pursuing a degree in Engineering (Industrial, Quality, Biomedical, or related fields)
  • Previous experience in Quality, Manufacturing, or customer complaint handling is preferred
  • Basic knowledge of root cause analysis tools
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail for evidence evaluation
  • Good communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
  • Basic proficiency in computer tools (Excel, quality systems, etc.)
  • Intermediate level of English (preferred)
