Job Summary
Lead cross-functional IT teams to deliver technology solutions on an ongoing basis, owning planning, budgeting, forecasting, and progress reporting. Build and maintain relationships with IT, business units, vendors, and leadership; enable informed decision-making through clear status updates; baselining and tracking scope, schedule, and financials; optimize resource allocation to achieve delivery objectives. Required experience includes managing complex technology projects/programs and applying Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies, with a strong emphasis on governance, financial management, risk and issue tracking, and stakeholder communication. Strong leadership and vendor-management capabilities are essential for success in a matrixed environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in project management, computer science, or related technical field
- 7 years of relevant technical work experience
- Significant experience managing technology projects or programs of increasing complexity
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams within a matrixed environment
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)
- Demonstrated experience managing project financials, budgets, and forecasting
