Job Summary
Tech Product Manager to lead the platform product strategy at Smadex, collaborating with engineers and cross-functional teams to map and execute the product roadmap, prioritize features, engage with partners and customers, and drive data-based decisions. The role requires staying ahead of AdTech trends and privacy regulations, with responsibilities spanning roadmap development, cross-team alignment on timelines, and direct customer interaction. Located in Barcelona with a hybrid work arrangement (2 days/week from home).
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Engineering or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Data Analysis or Product Management
- Creative problem-solving skills and ability to ask the right questions and turn data into insights
- Entrepreneurial mindset with bias for action in ambiguous environments
- Excellent analytical skills with hypothesis-driven learning and turning data into actionable insights
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken)
