Job Summary
Maintain medication systems through preparation, compounding, packaging, and delivery of medications, including IV medications and ADC refill verification. Assist pharmacists in meeting regulatory compliance requirements and support training and education of other technicians. Fulfill all responsibilities of Pharmacy Technician I while ensuring accurate selection of medications. Work alongside multiple team members to serve all age groups in an inpatient setting. Requires Registered Pharmacy Intern or Registered Pharmacy Technician licensure in Florida, one year of pharmacy technician experience, and strong math and organization skills.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Registered Pharmacy Intern in Florida or Registered Pharmacy Technician in Florida
- 6 months technician experience in relevant practice area
Desired Qualifications
- High School Graduate with at least (1) year pharmacy technician experience
- Excellent math skills
