Job Summary
Tech Partnerships Lead at Socket to build Socket’s technology partner ecosystem from zero to a repeatable, revenue-producing program. You’ll establish deep technical integrations and partnerships that expand Socket’s reach in the enterprise AppSec and software supply chain security space. Responsibilities include identifying and managing partnerships with developer and infrastructure platforms; owning the technical partnership lifecycle from discovery and scoping to integration design, testing, documentation, and go-to-market enablement; launching and maintaining integrations with product and engineering collaboration; defining integration roadmaps and ensuring reliable, secure integrations; collaborating with product and GTM teams to align partnership priorities with the product roadmap and revenue strategy; developing strategic technology alliances and exploring API collaboration and co-development; measuring adoption, developer engagement, and pipeline influence to inform prioritization and future investments. About you: 10+ years in technical partnerships or related fields; strong API/CI/CD literacy; proven track record of delivering real integrations and adoption growth; ability to communicate technical concepts to engineers and executives; capable of rapidly prototyping integrations and translating to product specs; experience negotiating partnership agreements balancing technical scope with business outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years in Technical Partnerships, Product Partnerships, or Technical Business Development in developer tools, security, or infrastructure software
- Strong understanding of modern development environments & ecosystems, CI/CD systems, and API-based integrations
- Proven track record of driving product partnerships that resulted in real integrations, adoption growth, or joint go-to-market success
- Capable of reading and communicating technical concepts (APIs, SDKs, webhooks, CI/CD flows) while collaborating with engineering teams
- Ability to rapidly prototype technical integrations, use-cases, and translate to product specs
- Experience structuring and negotiating partnership agreements that balance technical scope with business outcomes
- Excellent communicator, comfortable engaging product, engineering, and executive audiences across organizations
- Strategic operator who can think in systems but execute tactically to bring integrations live
