Job Summary
Champion metrics-driven analysis to continuously assess and optimize team performance with a strong focus on automation. Leverage automation to streamline data reporting, deliver timely insights to stakeholders, and utilize data to guide people management strategies. Manage capacity and scheduling by dividing and assigning work between team members, while leading independent discussions with Engineering and partners to unblock complex reconciliation issues. Set clear goals, provide continuous performance feedback, and facilitate formal reviews. Coach and mentor individuals through structured career development conversations to foster a culture of continuous improvement. Support recruitment initiatives and drive initiatives that keep the team engaged and motivated.
Required Qualifications
- Been performing well in your current role for a minimum of 12 months
- 9+ years experience and at least 1-2 + years experience leading operations teams
- SQL
- Data Analysis
- Payments Reconciliation Skills
- Strong Ownership mindset and ability to get the team unblocked with internal/external help
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
- Exemplary planning and time management skills
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with multiple, cross-functional stakeholders to achieve results
- Previous experience mentoring others and are able to constructively provide feedback to others
- Ability to motivate the team and keep them engaged in an otherwise structured process
- Proven ability to be subject matter expert in the relevant line of business
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in a team lead or people management role
- Prior experience in Reconciliation and operations data analysis
