Job Summary
Tech Ops Manager responsible for global IT deployment and asset lifecycle governance. Own end-to-end management of the global request queue, vendor performance, and cross-functional communication. Serve as single escalation point for a distributed deployment team to ensure a seamless, high-touch hardware experience for employees. Key duties include owning the Zendesk queue, leading daily syncs with deployment teams, managing regional service partners, standardizing cross-functional logistics workflows, auditing asset data integrity and inventory, and monitoring KPIs/SLA to optimize provisioning and spend across US, LATAM, EMEA, and APAC regions.
Required Qualifications
- Management: 2+ years leading teams, regional service partners, or MSPs
- Industry Experience: 3+ years in IT operations, enterprise logistics, or IT asset management (ITAM)
- Queue & Escalation Ownership: Experience managing high-volume ticketing queues (Zendesk preferred) and resolving complex, high-priority operational escalations
- Asset Governance: Hands-on experience tracking hardware lifecycles and maintaining high inventory data integrity (Oomnitza preferred)
