Job Summary
Tech Operations Associate will participate in and support implementation of business solutions, monitor scheduled batch jobs, perform critical functional checks to ensure stability for business users, review policies or procedures, audit complex systems delivery, assess impacts of new products/tools, and provide recommendations to resolve complex situations. The role requires verifying system health through daily validations, handling incident/problem management, and coordinating with technology information managers and stakeholders. The position supports the Military Spouse Homefront Heroes Hiring Program and requires flexibility to work weekends/holidays and in a 24/7 environment; on-site work at approved locations (Charlotte, Chandler, Columbus, Irving, Minneapolis) is expected; visa sponsorship is not available. Required Qualifications
- 6+ months of Technology Operations experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 6+ months of technical troubleshooting experience
- 6+ months of Microsoft Office suite experience such as PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and Word
