Tech Lead role for Weekday's client in Hyderabad. 6+ years of experience with Java and Spring Boot to build scalable, enterprise-grade backend services and APIs. Responsible for full software development lifecycle participation, architectural decisions, system design discussions, code reviews, testing strategies (unit/integration/performance), and production monitoring. Emphasizes distributed, scalable architectures, design patterns, OO principles, and collaboration across product, design, and engineering teams to deliver high-quality software from concept to production. Strong problem-solving, ownership, and proactive learning mindset expected.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of software development experience
- Strong expertise in Java and Spring Boot
- Backend services and API development
- Experience with architecture, OO design, and system scalability
- Experience designing scalable, distributed, and highly available architectures
- Ability to evaluate technical trade-offs and make architectural decisions
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
