Job Summary
Coach a team of approximately 10 developers daily, ensuring an effective development framework and acting as the on-site right hand to the software architect. Drive feature design proposals and oversee the implementation of sonar operator interfaces for detection, classification, and localization of underwater targets. Manage technical leadership for agile teams while establishing REST/GraphQL APIs and CI/CD practices using React and Three.js. Requires 8+ years of experience with 5 years in React and 2 years in technical team animation. Located in Sophia Antipolis, France, within the Defense & Security sector.
Required Qualifications
- Diplôme d'ingénieur en informatique
- 5 ans d'expérience en développement web React
- 2 ans d'expérience en animation technique d'équipe
- Expérience sur la mise en place d'API REST/GraphQL
- Expérience en architecture logicielle
- Expérience avec la librairie Three.js
- Expérience avec les pratiques CI/CD
- 8 ans d'expérience totale
- Capacité à coacher techniquement une équipe d'environ 10 développeurs
- Capacité à garantir un cadre de développement efficace
- Capacité à être le bras droit terrain de l'architecte logiciel
- Capacité à être force de proposition sur la conception des fonctionnalités
