Job Summary
Tech Lead – SQA Automation responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining automation test scripts for functional, regression, and performance testing; develop and execute test automation strategies and plans; build and maintain test automation frameworks using Unittest, Pytest; integrate automation into the CI/CD pipeline; lead and mentor a QA team to follow best practices and efficient testing processes; identify opportunities to improve testing processes; manage defects and root-cause analysis; own the automation test environment; research and recommend new automation tools and technologies; lead automation of performance testing; requires 10+ years of experience, BE in EE/CS with MS preferred, and experience leading a team of engineers; strong Python and shell scripting skills with C/C++ familiarity; knowledge of ORAN, 5G/4G and experience with industry-standard SQA tools and processes; ability to work independently and as part of a team; location based in Bangalore, India with in-person work arrangement.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years experience
- BE in EE/CS required
- MS in EE/CS preferred
- Mentored a team of 2+ engineers for 2+ years
- Strong coding skills in Python and shell scripting; knowledge of C/C++
- Knowledge of ORAN, 5G or 4G technology
- Experience with SQA tools, methodologies, and processes
- Hands-on CI/CD pipeline setup
- Experience with Git and Jira
