Job Summary
Technical Lead responsible for defining end-to-end cloud-based industrial AI architectures, guiding frontend/backend/DevOps delivery, and shaping the technical roadmap in collaboration with business and AI/software experts. Responsibilities include requirements engineering, end-to-end architecture design, development and operational excellence, innovation, mentorship of the software engineering team, and international collaboration with AI, software, and business stakeholders. Requires an advanced degree, 10+ years of experience delivering cloud-based industrial AI/software, and strong leadership and communication capabilities (English; German a plus).
Required Qualifications
- An advanced degree in software engineering, or a related technical field.
- +10 years of professional experience delivering cloud-based, industrial AI and software applications in time, spec and quality.
- Strong experience in building up and leading software engineering teams, also familiar with the integration of AI features.
