Job Summary
Own the day-to-day technology environment across offices and stores, managing Microsoft 365, Entra, hardware, and security while troubleshooting practical issues for colleagues. Build a strong understanding of business systems like Business Central, Shopify, and PIM to troubleshoot integrations, improve data quality, and ensure reliable omnichannel operations. Lead larger technology initiatives such as ERP replacements or new retail capabilities, working with internal teams and external specialists to deliver the right solutions. Drive AI adoption across Finance, Logistics, and E-Commerce by identifying use cases, evaluating tools, and establishing best practices to increase productivity. Manage technology budgets, negotiate with suppliers, and ensure knowledge transfer to maintain control over critical systems.
Required Qualifications
- Fluent English
- Strong general understanding of technology, business systems, integrations and data flows
- Experience from retail, e-commerce or a related consumer business
- The ability to troubleshoot technical and operational problems independently
- Experience working with technology suppliers, consultants or development partners
- Commercial understanding and the ability to evaluate technology investments
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- A genuine interest in AI and how it can change the way organisations work
