Job Summary
Salesforce Tech Lead responsible for designing, developing and enhancing Salesforce and nCino solutions within the Business Financing Department. Leads technical strategy, mentors the team, and partners with business stakeholders to align technology solutions with business goals. Produces clean, well-structured documentation, establishes design patterns and development methods, and drives high-quality, secure, and scalable implementations. Requires expertise in Salesforce technologies (Apex, LWC, SOQL, Flow, APIs), REST/SOAP integration, Jira, and CI/CD practices, plus experience crafting scalable architectures and guiding delivery in a hybrid work environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Minimum of eight years of relevant experience
- Advanced proficiency of English
- Knowledge of French is required
- Advanced proficiency in Salesforce, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and declarative tools (Flow, Approval Processes)
- Proficiency in REST/SOAP APIs, OAuth and integration mechanisms
- Knowledge of Jira or similar tools
- Expertise in designing scalable Salesforce architectures that respect governor limits
- Expertise in Salesforce DX (SFDX), Git, CI/CD Pipelines and Environment Management (sandboxes, releases, deployments)
- Experience with the nCino platform
- Strong leadership, mentorship, and stakeholder communication skills
- Ability to design scalable, optimized architectures and document technical direction
- Experience working in environments using Jira and collaboration with business partners and architects
