Job Summary
As a Tech Lead at ResponseTap, you will lead a collaborative agile team of Software and QA Engineers, providing guidance, mentoring, and coaching. You will drive improvements in technology and processes, participate in key design decisions with Product Owners, and innovate with new ideas to enhance products and services. Essential qualifications include strong experience in building scalable web applications, proficiency in Java, relational and NoSQL databases, and familiarity with agile methodologies and containerized environments.
Required Qualifications
- demonstrable experience in building scalable and resilient enterprise web applications
- experience working in high availability, high scale environments
- Java 7 and above
- Relational databases (e.g. MySQL)
- NoSQL Databases
- experience working in and leading Agile teams
- experience with virtualization/container environments, e.g. Docker

- Python
- Experience in cyber security
- Maven/Gradle/Go/Jenkins
- CloudConfig
- Practical experience of unit/integration testing using TDD
- Kubernetes
- AWS / Serverless computing
