Job Summary
Tech Lead - Python Developer responsible for leading the end-to-end automation solution lifecycle, developing and maintaining 500+ automation processes, guiding automation design and governance, mentoring junior engineers, and incorporating AI/ML capabilities. Responsibilities include delivering automated solutions from intake to production, writing standards-aligned documentation, conducting code reviews, leading cross-functional discussions with business partners, researching and developing performance improvements, and directing automation through Python, Blue Prism, Power Automate, Co Pilot Studio and other platforms. Requires high-level Python skills, Blue Prism automation experience, Power Automate experience, familiarity with AI tools (OpenAI, Gemini, Co Pilot Studio), strong communication, independent and collaborative work style, ability to integrate data from multiple ERP systems and legacy environments, and a Bachelor's degree in a related field with a minimum of 3+ years in automation development.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or similar
- Minimum 3+ years experience in Automation Development
- Proficient skills in Python, Blue Prism, Power Automate, Agentic Automation, Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
- Experience with Python, Blue Prism automation, Power Automate, AI Tools such as Gemini, Co Pilot Studio, OpenAI, Snowflake Cortex
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively
