Tech Lead – MASTRO

Lead requirement analysis, solution design, and architecture development for cloud-based platforms and IoT solutions. Guide development teams in implementing Java-based backend systems, microservices architectures, and scalable APIs. Design and develop frontend applications, event-driven data processing pipelines, and proof-of-concepts. Drive DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and automated deployments. Oversee code reviews, architecture reviews, and technical design discussions while mentoring the team. Collaborate with AI, Embedded, Cloud Teams, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and support effort estimation and solution proposals. Provide technical guidance and mentoring to ensure successful project delivery within the AIM-Accelerated Intelligence Movement initiative.
