Job Summary
Lead the technical vision, architecture, and execution of the Internal Tools platform by designing, building, and maintaining scalable solutions in Angular, TypeScript, and Node.js. Act as the technical bridge between Operations and Engineering to ensure alignment, while mentoring engineers through code reviews and technical guidance. Drive innovation by identifying opportunities to improve processes through automation and AI, collaborating with Product, Operations, and Engineering stakeholders to solve complex business challenges. Own technical quality, security, performance, and observability across internal products while staying hands-on by contributing code.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in Software Engineering, including experience leading technical teams
- Strong expertise with Angular, TypeScript, and Node.js
- Experience designing scalable and maintainable software architectures
- Experience working in high-growth SaaS companies, marketplaces, or startup environments
- Proven experience mentoring engineers and driving technical excellence
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including Product, Operations, and Engineering
- Strong understanding of software security, observability, and engineering best practices
- English level B2 or above
