Job Summary
Tech Lead Fullstack role guiding the technical direction for Modern Application Development in Grenoble. Responsibilities include shaping architecture from framing phase, defining full‐stack development standards, and improving delivery through CI/CD and DevOps practices. Drive performance of data flows, databases, and security from project inception; animate the technical community, share feedback, and mentor developers to raise skill levels. Opportunity to transition toward architecture with personalized training and senior architect mentoring; hybrid work arrangement offered to balance work and personal life.
Required Qualifications
- Tech Lead Fullstack with end-to-end ecosystem mastery
- Experience designing architectures (Microservices, API-first, Hexagonal)
- Strong emphasis on Software Craftsmanship (Clean Code, TDD, DDD, SOLID)
- Ability to guide and mentor developers
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices (Docker, Cloud environments)
- Knowledge of REST/GraphQL, SQL/NoSQL databases
- Security considerations from project inception
- Interest in continuous learning and sharing technical feedback
