Job Summary
Tech Lead – Full Stack in Nantes for the Transport domain. Lead and coordinate a cross-functional team of developers, analysts, and project architect to deliver complex railway/transport software solutions. Define and refine architecture (Dossier d’Architecture Technique) with the architect, implement features, establish industrialised baselines, perform code reviews, and promote Software Craftsmanship. Ensure continuous integration/delivery, guide the team to deliver performant, maintainable applications, and contribute to project capitalization and tooling. Requires strong Java/Spring and JavaScript/Angular expertise, a engineers’ degree or equivalent, and at least 4 years of experience. Offers chance to work in an entrepreneurial, international group with hybrid remote arrangement (up to 2 days/week telework).
Required Qualifications
- Diplômé(e) d’une école d’ingénieurs ou d’une formation équivalente
- au moins 4 ans d’expérience sur les technologies Java
- solide expertise technique en Java/Spring et JavaScript/Angular
- expérience en développement Full Stack
- capacité à encadrer techniquement une équipe de développeurs
- expérience avec CI/CD et l’industrialisation des projets
- connaissance des technologies listées (Java, Spring, Angular, Docker, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, REST/JSON)
