Tech Lead - Full Stack

Job Summary
Conduct regular code reviews, drive technical decision-making on architecture and tooling, and establish consistent engineering standards across the team. Provide hands-on technical leadership on active projects by unblocking engineers, resolving challenges, and mentoring staff to grow capabilities. Serve as the primary technical voice in client conversations to shape scope and approach, while partnering with leadership to set guardrails and standards. Contribute to new business pursuits through technical scoping, proof-of-concept work, and estimates. Requires 7–10 years of experience in React, TypeScript, Node.js, Python, and cloud platforms like AWS or GCP.
Required Qualifications
- 7 to 10 years overall experience
- 7+ years tech stack experience
- 2+ years leadership experience
- Strong hands-on experience with React and TypeScript
- Strong backend development experience with Node.js or Python with one of the leading databases like PostgreSQL, MySql and/or MongoDB
- Good understanding of full-stack application architecture, API design, and databases
- Ability to lead technical decisions, conduct code reviews, and mentor engineers
- Experience with a cloud platform such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
- Must be available for WFO in Ahmedabad, Gujarat
Desired Qualifications
- Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude, Gemini, or similar tools as part of the software development lifecycle
- Experience working in a client-facing or consulting environment
- Experience with Docker and CI/CD
- Experience building or integrating AI/LLM-powered applications
