Job Summary
Lead end-to-end AI feature development for cloud-based industrial AI and software applications, with emphasis on time-series and tabular data. Drive the technical steering of AI features, ensure on-time, specification-compliant, high-quality delivery, and foster a continuous AI feature pipeline. Provide technical guidance to the AI development team, promote knowledge sharing, and collaborate across international, interdisciplinary teams. Communicate complex technical content effectively to customers, technical and business stakeholders, and management.
Required Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science or related technical field
- Proven experience delivering production-grade AI features for cloud-based industrial AI and software applications (time-series and tabular data)
- Strong programming skills
- Strong experience in building and leading AI development teams
- Proven track record in driving innovation in AI feature development and inspiring teams
