Job Summary
Review upper-level requirements and specifications to design thorough, traceability-compliant test strategies for the Model-Based Development framework. Prepare, author, and execute detailed test cases and procedures for model-based components while parsing, validating, and manipulating XML/XSD data structures. Implement and run unit tests using the Cunit framework to verify individual software modules, and design comprehensive test projects with strong coding skills to automate validation activities. Configure, manage, and scale development environments using VS Code and Apache ANT tools. Produce clear, detailed technical documentation of test activities and results, ensuring full traceability to requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or related engineering discipline
- 8+12 Years of industry experience
- Proven experience in Component-Based Modelling and Model Driven Architecture principles
- Solid knowledge of multitasking and concurrency in embedded systems
- Strong hands-on coding skills in the C Language
- Solid understanding and working experience with XML / XSD data structures
- Experience in writing and executing test suites
- Familiarity with build automation tools such as ANT
- Proficiency in using VS Code
- Proficiency in MarkDown and Asciidoc formats
- experience in doc-as-code methodologies
- Experience in Model-Based Development framework
- Ability to design effective test cases
- Ability to identify timing-related issues
- Ability to validate correct task behavior under various conditions
