Job Summary
Technical leaders oversee the production process by verifying equipment setup, resolving issues, and ensuring product quality. Responsibilities include operating production equipment, monitoring processes, conducting quality checks, maintaining material inventory, and enforcing safety regulations. Essential skills include safety awareness, technical and organizational competence, and the ability to train operators. Candidates must possess a high school diploma, and experience with machinery and software is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and maintenance instructions
- Ability to write reports and business correspondence
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers
- Ability to add and subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables
- Ability to interpret instructions in various forms
