Tech Lead (DaaS)

Job Summary
Lead technical implementation and configuration for client data delivery solutions on the DaaS platform, providing oversight to Configurators and mentoring technical teams. Troubleshoot complex database, infrastructure, and integration issues while serving as Tier 3 support for production escalations. Partner with Project Managers and cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, validate deliverables against standards, and coordinate platform enhancements. Participate in client meetings and solution reviews to ensure successful delivery. Requires EST business hours coverage with occasional on-call support for critical production issues.
Required Qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience with Snowflake, Databricks, and Redshift
- Experience with cloud platforms including AWS and Azure
- Knowledge of SFTP and enterprise data delivery environments
- Strong understanding of databases, data integration, and data delivery processes
- Experience troubleshooting infrastructure, connectivity, and production issues
- Proven leadership, mentoring, and stakeholder management skills
- English proficiency at C1+ level
- EST business hours coverage required (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST)
- Occasional on-call or after-hours support for critical production issues
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with GCP
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical data and IQVIA datasets
- Experience in client-facing consulting, technical delivery, or data engineering environments
