Tech Lead
Job Summary
Tech Lead responsible for architecture finalization with Application/Enterprise Architects, delivering software across frontend (Angular), backend (Node.js, Python/Java a plus), mobile, cloud, and IoT. Leads tech delivery from the team, manages tech stories in releases, collaborates with delivery lead and PO to prioritize work, and ensures adherence to Continental architecture and cybersecurity/data protection guidelines. Accountable for build/deploy, code reviews, unit testing, and CICD; monitors external development partners, contributes to continuous improvement, and participates in hiring and occasional trainings. Requires strong hands-on experience across web services, microservices, AWS, CI/CD tools, and tooling (JIRA, Confluence, GIT, Jenkins, SonarQube, Datadog, AppDynamics). Willingness to travel domestically and internationally and to work in a highly international team. Possesses excellent English communication skills and a proven track record in Agile delivery, with 10+ years of overall experience and 2+ years as a tech lead or small-architecture role. You will be based in the Bengaluru delivery center with a hybrid work model and some travel.
Required Qualifications
- BE in engineering with focus on computer science / software engineering
- MCA with professional experience
- You will be part of India Delivery center in Bangalore.
