Job Summary
Lead technical development focusing on system transition and codebase improvement to enable the team's delivery. Provide guidance on technical solutions by analyzing changes and ensuring long-term sustainability. Create detailed specifications for solution implementation and coach colleagues on best practices. Collaborate with product owners and other Tech Leads to define roadmaps and strategic development plans. Work on future web-based tools in a creative environment with a focus on clean code and user experience.
