Tech Lead BI / Power BI - H/F - CDI

Job Summary
Lead BI initiatives with Power BI, developing and supervising end-to-end BI solutions. Responsible for governance and security practices on Power BI deployments, writing functional and/or technical documentation, and training users and project teams. Tasks include benchmarking solutions, performing proofs of concept, participating in internal projects, and sharing knowledge within the team. Qualifications emphasize BI concepts (modeling, data ingestion, reporting), ability to run business workshops, understand business context, mentor BI developers, and train users; certifications are highly valued. French proficiency is required, English is a plus. The role involves collaboration with clients and teams, with opportunities for mobility in France and abroad and up to five days of remote work depending on missions.

- Capacité à préparer et mener des ateliers métiers
- Capacité à appréhender le contexte métier
- Capacité à encadrer sur Power BI des développeurs
- Capacité à former des utilisateurs et équipes projet
- Une ou plusieurs certifications seraient fortement appréciées
- Français lu, écrit, parlé
- L’anglais est un plus
