Job Summary
Lead technical teams in software development, translating architectural requirements into scalable solutions while maintaining hands-on involvement in complex coding. Define and enforce development standards, manage CI/CD pipelines, and oversee containerized platform operations using Docker and Kubernetes. Drive architectural decisions, conduct code reviews, and ensure security compliance across Java Spring applications and cloud-native environments. Coordinate agile teams, resolve performance challenges, and serve as the primary technical contact for internal stakeholders and clients. Requires fluent German (C1) and English, with experience in insurance domain architectures and regulatory standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor- oder Masterabschluss in Informatik, Mathematik, Data Science, Ingenieurwesen oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Softwareentwicklung sowie erste Erfahrung in technischer Führung
- Erfahrung mit modernen Softwarearchitekturen und agilen Entwicklungsmethoden
- Gute Kenntnisse in Cloud-native-Architekturen, Container-Technologien und CI/CD
- Erfahrung in der Umsetzung skalierbarer und wartbarer Softwarelösungen
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
- Strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Ausgeprägte Hands-on-Mentalität und Bereitschaft, selbst aktiv zu entwickeln
- Container & Runtime: Docker, Linux
- Infrastructure as Code (IaC): YAML-basierte Modelle
- Cloud & On-Prem: AWS, Azure
- Datenarchitekturen: MSSQL, Kafka, Spark, PostgreSQL
- Frontend Frameworks React, Angular oder Vue
