Job Summary
Provide technical leadership and direction for the Systems Engineering team while leading solution design and hands-on development for AI and automation projects. Establish and maintain high engineering standards, including CI/CD and security, and mentor a team of talented software engineers to foster quality practices. Deliver complex, business-critical cloud solutions on Azure with a focus on AI-enabled applications and automation. Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in commercial software engineering
- 3+ years leading engineering teams or initiatives
- Proven experience delivering complex, business-critical cloud solutions on Azure
- Strong background in AI-enabled applications and automation
- Experience with Azure OpenAI or similar AI platforms
- Skilled in mentoring engineers and fostering quality practices
