Job Summary
Diagnose server motherboard issues at the component level by isolating faults, checking CID status, and performing soldering repairs. Execute troubleshooting procedures to identify problems such as cold joints, solder bridges, and shifted pads, then clean flux residue and verify correct polarity. Conduct quick tests to confirm functionality before handing units to the test team and organize both good and non-conforming parts. Maintain daily ESD audit records, ensure punctuality and efficiency, and adapt assignments based on project needs like inspection or data input. Meet and exceed defined KPIs by turning in daily reports on time while fostering a positive, safe warehouse environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Prefer college degree in related electronics field
- Prefer over 12 Months experience in computer repair or related field
- Excel knowledge and experience to read instructions and track data
- Good analytical and troubleshooting skill
- Good attention to details
- Customer service focus

- Demonstrated ability to read, and follow written instructions and ideas
- Ability to read schematic, multi-meter and oscilloscope
