Job Summary
Assemble and disassemble units, replacing parts and resolving hardware technical issues within the time schedule. Document unit and parts information in the in-house system and act as the support line for any technical complications. Maintain a positive, organized, and safe work environment by fostering open feedback and two-way communications while supporting company culture. Requires A+ certification, English proficiency, and hands-on experience with component replacement for multiple commodities. Must be able to sit or stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and tolerate moderate to high noise levels in a warehouse setting.

Desired Qualifications
- 1 year of experience in Repair Depot
- Worked in a low production PC type environment
- Experience of simple or repetitive component replacement such as LCD/HDD for multiple commodities
- Working knowledge of different models such as ASUS, Dell, HP, Lenovo, Toshiba, Apple, and Acer
- Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Demonstrated skill set while working with Temp Agency
