Job Summary
Diagnose server motherboard issues at the component level, isolate faults, and perform repairs including soldering, flux removal, and pad inspection. Execute daily diagnostics, verify CID repairability, and conduct quick tests before handing units to the test team. Organize repair tooling, manage good and non-conforming parts, and maintain ESD audit records. Meet defined KPIs by adhering to operational procedures, punctuality, and efficiency standards. Read schematics and use multi-meters and oscilloscopes while working in a warehouse environment with moderate noise and temperature variations.
Required Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Prefer college degree in related electronics field
- Over 12 Months experience in computer repair or related field
- Excel knowledge and experience to read instructions and track data
- Good analytical and troubleshooting skill
- Good attention to details
- Customer service focus
- Team player
- Demonstrated ability to read, and follow written instructions and ideas
- Ability to read schematic, multi-meter and oscilloscope
- Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently, meet deadlines and work independently
