Job Summary
Inspect, test, and diagnose servers sent to SMS for repair, replacing parts as needed and conducting stress tests. Document all symptoms, results, and replacements in shop floor tools while collaborating with motherboard repair, QC, and inspection personnel. Maintain parts consumption and provide backup support for quality control and testing teams. Organize work priorities, follow written instructions, and resolve problems timely using hands-on skills with common server brands. Work in a warehouse environment requiring long periods of sitting or standing, lifting up to 25 lbs, and tolerating moderate noise levels.

- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus
- Must be able to sit/stand for long periods of time
Desired Qualifications
- 1-year experience in Repair Depot
- worked in a low production PC type environment
- Experience of simple or repetitive component replacement such as LCD/HDD for multiple commodities
- Should have working knowledge of different models such as ASUS, Dell, HP, Lenovo, Toshiba, Apple, and Acer etc
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc
- Demonstrated skill set while working with Temp Agency
- Know basic server architecture
- Know how to assemble components to make server functional
- Run and understand testing diagnostics
- Understand basic networking architecture
- Understand basic error codes
- Able to trouble shoot common server errors and issues
- Motivated to solve problems
