Job Summary
Diagnose and repair computer hardware by disassembling and reassembling components, resolving technical issues within time schedules, and providing break-and-fix solutions using in-house systems. Install or re-install software programs for users and maintain warehouse organization while supporting a positive, safe work environment focused on team well-being. Meet daily KPI metrics of 1.20-1.49 and achieve results through teamwork. This role requires hands-on repair experience, familiarity with major OEMs, and the ability to work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures and noise levels.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of repair experience
- Experience in 1-2 OEMs
- Knowledge of simple or repetitive component replacement such as LCD/HDD for multiple commodities
- Working knowledge of different models of all major computer/electronics manufacturers
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Power-point, etc.
- Demonstrated skill set while working with Temp Agency
- Ability to clearly organize and categorize work priorities to complete work
- Demonstrated ability to read and follow written instructions and ideas
- Repeated and coordinated use of hands, wrists, and fingers to use a computer keyboard, and other small handheld tools
- Hands-on, ambition, and drive to succeed
- Goal oriented and accustomed to achieving results through team-work
- Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner
- Ability to reach daily KPI/Hour metrics - Minimum KPI Standards of 1.20- 1.49
