Tech Interns provide computer/technology support to library patrons using public computers and digital lab, handle Microsoft Office 2010 applications, assist with internet, email, WiFi, printing, and digital services, set up AV equipment for events, maintain statistics, and refer complex inquiries to reference staff. Requires enrollment in IT/CS-related degree program, reliable transportation, and strong customer service; wage starts at $15.50/hour. Kalamazoo Public Library location in Kalamazoo, MI.
Required Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a degree program in Information Technology/Computer Science or related.
