Job Summary
Troubleshoot games, manage preventative maintenance of equipment and show robotics, and oversee the gameroom area of impact. Train Assistant Gameroom Technicians and Team 2 Cast Members on basic gameroom responsibilities while assisting co-workers with other directed duties. This role supports the District Technician in all mechanical and technical needs for the restaurant. Requires a high school diploma or GED, mechanical and electrical aptitude, and Microsoft Suite proficiency. Must be 18+ with shift flexibility, including weekends and up to 40 hours per week.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years of age
- Must be able to work up to 40 hours per week, with possibility of overtime and have shift flexibility, including on weekends
- Highschool diploma or GED
- A mechanical and electrical aptitude required
- Requires a strong customer service orientation
- Exhibits a sense of urgency and composure
- Excellent decision-making abilities
- Time and Priority Management
- Resourcefulness
- Comfortable with Microsoft Suite applications
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience in some technical capacity
- A technical certification
- Currently enrolled in a technical program
- Prior experience as a CEC Assistant Gameroom Technician
- Demonstrated desire to learn and grow
