Job Summary
Support NPI/HVM manufacturing lines by assembling, testing, and evaluating new Optical Transceiver products while managing special build assemblies and coordinating WIP movement. Analyze data, perform failure root cause analysis, and execute corrective actions alongside cross-functional teams. Interpret mechanical drawings for measurement analysis and conduct VMI inspections using low and high magnification scopes. Work independently on 12-hour shifts to solve basic technical issues and expedite multiple tasks under pressure. Coordinate system step routing and transactions within MES/shop floor environments.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma of Engineering preferably majoring in Mechatronics or Mechanical or Electrical
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in MNC industries
- Willing to work on 12-hours shift
- Able to solve basic technical issues
- Good computer literacy
- SPC & OPAC knowledge
- Basic knowledge of MES/shop floor system and product life cycle management
- Able to work under pressure doing multiple tasks with coordinating and expediate mode
- Adaptable and flexible to rapid changes to the business needs of the company
Desired Qualifications
- 5 years' experience working in high mix and high-volume manufacturing environment
- Knowledge in laser components or Optical Transceiver
- Good knowledge of mechanical dimensioning & tolerancing analysis, poka-yoke principles
