Job Summary
Ink Inplant Tech I provides basic color matching and small-batch ink blending on-site at the customer location, with press-side color toning and production/quality-control support. The role maintains detailed production and QC records, identifies basic rework opportunities from batch tickets, and adheres to safety and housekeeping standards. Must be able to lift up to 50 lb buckets and move 500 lb drums; requires strong interpersonal skills for a customer-facing position.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1+ years industry experience
- Knowledge of MS Word/Excel/Outlook
- Knowledge of dispensing and color match software
- Excellent interpersonal skills for a customer-facing role
