Tech Field Engineer - Cairns

Provide software, hardware, and networking support for desktops, laptops, servers, AV rooms, and other networked devices. Install and maintain PCs, associated software, networks, servers, peripherals, and networked devices. Perform installs, moves, adds, and changes as required. Test and certify PCs, networks, servers, and client-approved applications. Support network products from both operational and maintenance perspectives, including preventative maintenance activities. Provide follow-up on problems or escalations. Meet SLA requirements and ensure client satisfaction in all interactions. Maintain a high degree of professionalism in actions, demeanor, and dress.
