Install, maintain, and service computer-related products including desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals for specific clients. Provide software, hardware, and networking support for servers, network devices, and AV rooms while performing installs, moves, adds, and changes. Test and certify client-approved applications, conduct preventative maintenance, and troubleshoot issues in customer environments. Ensure SLA requirements are met and provide follow-up on escalations. Maintain professionalism in all interactions. Australian citizenship and an AGSVA Baseline/NV1 security clearance are mandatory.
