Job Summary
Define program scope, goals, and success metrics aligned with organizational strategy for complex, company-wide initiatives in memory technologies. Manage program roadmaps, timelines, and deliverables while coordinating execution across multiple interdependent projects. Partner with stakeholders across engineering, product management, operations, finance, and other teams to facilitate communication, resolve dependencies, and remove blockers. Monitor progress to ensure milestones are met on schedule, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to drive accountability. Communicate program status, risks, and outcomes to senior leadership while tracking performance metrics and KPIs to inform decisions. Establish and optimize program management processes to promote operational excellence and efficiency. Exercise wide latitude in determining objectives and influencing decision-making without formal authority.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 10-15 years of related experience in security, engineering, or technology leadership
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional programs
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience with program management tools (e.g., Jira, Smartsheet, MS Project)
- Expertise across multiple areas of such as: Memory technology (DDR5, LPDDR5/6, HBM3/4)
- Familiarity with memory controllers PHYs and understanding of ASIC/SoC development flow
